Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Reveal Reach Chrome extension or visiting our website, you signify your irrevocable consent and agreement to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all provisions within this document, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using our services.
Description of Service
Reveal Reach is a browser extension that interfaces client-side with the Meta Ads Library (facebook.com/ads/library). It parses publicly available EU advertising transparency disclosures to:
- Display local European reach numbers on individual ad cards in real-time.
- Rearrange and sort loaded ad cards dynamically by reach values.
- Provide a dynamic spend estimation overlay using a user-specified CPM × Frequency formula.
Freemium Model & Subscriptions
Reveal Reach is offered under a freemium model. We provide 10 free analyses to allow you to test the tool. After exceeding this limit, continued access requires a paid Premium subscription (available on a Monthly or Annual basis). We reserve the absolute right to modify, adjust, suspend, update, or discontinue the extension (or any aspect of the service) at any time, without prior notice or subsequent liability.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the subscription management portal accessible within the extension. Upon cancellation, your access to Premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Given the instant-access nature of this digital service, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been accessed during a billing period, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Art. 16(m)). If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us at support@transparencyads.com.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our extension, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with Meta’s Terms of Service and Policies while browsing the Meta Ads Library.
- You must not utilize the extension for any illicit, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized commercial purpose.
- You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, patch, clone, redistribute, resell, or exploit any portion of the Reveal Reach source code without our explicit written permission.

These Terms of Service, along with any disputes or operational claims arising under them, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with Italian law and applicable European Union regulations.
